Construction management is a separate and distinct set of qualifications and talents.  Our management staff has the capability to provide these services on a general basis.  However, many projects require pre-pricing and licensed professionals who can provide technical, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical expertise.  In those cases we obtain assistance from our sister company which has a full range of contracting experience. 

 

Construction Solutions, Inc. was formed in 2003 by Craig Read and Chris Dailey to specifically address the construction issues of our clients.  As President, Chris has expanded the scope of CSI’s involvement in the Hampton Roads community by providing construction services to all types to financial institutions, developers, owners of multi-story office properties and many others. Chris and Craig both hold Virginia Class A contractor licenses.
